3 open Calls for 2023

Pro Helvetia is launching 3 Open Calls for some of the biggest events dedicated to Interactive Media. Please find all the information concerning Nordic Game Conference, Tokyo Game Showcase and Gamescom here. Deadline for all Open Calls: 28 March 2023!

Nordic Game Conference 2023

*       Nordic Game Conference: 23 – 26 May 2023

*       Pre-Event: 22 May 2023

Pro Helvetia is launching a call for participation to all Swiss companies and indies eager to present their product. Up to five studios will benefit from the following services:

*       Professional passes for the exhibition and the conference

*       Full access to the matchmaking platform, networking events, speaker program and expo

*       Pitch event

*       Swiss reception

*       Financial support for accommodation & travel expenses (500 chf/studio)

Gamescom 2023

*       Devcom: 20.08.-22.08.2023

*       Gamescom: 23.08.–25.08.2023

In order to gather an outstanding delegation, Pro Helvetia is launching a call for participation to all Swiss companies and indie studios eager to present their project and reach out to international markets. Six studios will be selected and will benefit from the following services at Gamescom

*       A dedicated exhibition space within the SwissGames Area in the business area

*       Exhibition design and material, prints and presentation device

*       2 professional passes (presence of 2 people/studio is expected)

*       Full access to the matchmaking platform

*       Promotional coverage before and during Gamescom

Pro Helvetia does not cover nor arrange accommodation and travel costs.

Please note: You can apply for the package with or without having exhibition space at the booth.

 Tokyo Game Show 2023

*     Tokyo Game Show: 21 – 24 September 2023,

Pro Helvetia is launching a call for participation to all Swiss companies and indies eager to present their product. Up to five studios will benefit from the following services:
